So...I have three WE red kits going...and I was noticing in the instructions that there is not one place that tells you where to top up... I have two Selection kits and one World Vineyard kit...in fact the WV tells you not to top up at all!! Section 3 Number 3...

I think the only LE product I bought was the Gamay...loved it!! So much fun...like drinking wine from a bucket!!! :)

Hey Tom I've done the kit twice and loved it both times...great sipping wine for the summer!! It is a sweeter wine but not extreme...you are getting that peach flavor coming through so if you like peaches it's a no-brainer LOL!!!

I have made nothing but Winexpert since I started making wine a few years ago and have never been disappointed...neither has anyone I've ever given bottles too... My neighbors do nothing but u-vin WineKitz...we've traded bottles and I have been disappointed in some of theirs...mostly the bigger...

So...went today with full intention of grabbing a Merlot...walked out with a Tempranillo :h

I'm running in to an issue...I've converted over to white wines this past year or so...but I still don't mind the occasional red... I'm down to two bottles on my rack and I want to make a red...one that will last a good 3 years on the rack...so a better kit is in order... I do Winexpert...
