Figured it out!!!
Adjusted and got the sg down to 1.112Even your target SG may blow out your yeast by osmotic pressure. Make sure the yeast can tolerate that high a level.
Adjusted to 1.112 all good now the yeast should tolerate this much better when I pitch itDid you conclude ~1.143?
