Did you conclude ~1.143?

Even your target SG may blow out your yeast by osmotic pressure. Make sure the yeast can tolerate that high a level.

Adjusted and got the sg down to 1.112

Did you conclude ~1.143?

Adjusted to 1.112 all good now the yeast should tolerate this much better when I pitch it
