1 gallon kmeta dosage

I know the standard for a 1 gal batch is 1 campden tablet. I was trying to find what people do if they just have a bag of kmeta. I did a search and came up with a few different ways. Just curious for future reference.

I don't do small batches but if I did, I would take a small bottle measure in 5 tsp. of water and mix in 1/4 tsp. meta. Put one tsp. of meta water mix in each gallon of wine. Dale.

I do something similar: 5 oz water to 1/4tsp kmeta. Add one oz to each gallon batch.

My general rule of thumb is 0.4 g per gallon. That is about equivalent to 1 campden tablet.
