We have a limited supply of 100 Liter variable capacity wine tanks from Toscana Inox. They feature a lid that can sit on the surface of the wine and inflates to expand and create a seal on the edges of the tank. This design allows you to ferment various batch sizes in the same vessel. They are also PERFECT for long term wine storage. Our current stock also features a larger and more sanitary tri-clamp valve design. You can also use these vessels for things like Kombucha and cold brew coffee.

As of writing this, we only have 6 left in stock. You probably won't see these vessels again for several more months until supplies come in to all the distributors from Italy.
