4 Berry Pee update

Today I am simmering down 7 pounds of mixed berries (4 different kinds). This will go into a pail with 5.5 gallons of mixed berry pee and then back into carboys.

I had a couple of ripe bananas here too so I threw them in for the heck of it. Other then a taste, we will probably not drink much before summer.

It is important to age your wines. You will be happy you did. Plus while they are aging you can start something else.

Chilean juices will be available soon. Usually order in March and pick up in April FYI
