So today is our 9 year anniversary - my wife got me a 2008 Chateau Montelena Caberbet Sauvignon!!!

I am so pumped to try this out!!

If you are wondering what i got her - lets just say i dropped a small fortune on some new outfits for her!!

Is this the Estate '08 or the regular (non estate stuff) The estate label always has gold trim around the label (along wit the word estate obviously!) , regular is silver trim.

Non estate. Hope it is good - i have heard there estate cab is good.

The 2008 Estate cab was rated 92pt in WS. It should still be pretty "drinkable" IMHO...... :sm

Give this guy plenty of air before you drink it (decanter).
