Thought I'd share this ... Blatz used to be a major brand in the Midwest! WOW!

Too funny. How times have changed for sure. Used to work with a guy from Wisconsin that drank that stuff like it was Koolaid. Get Blitzed on Blatz!
 
I had a bottle of beer from the Fred B Miller Brewing Company that was corked. It said something along the lines of "Highly recommended by prominent physicians for nursing mothers" I should have kept it but I gave it to my step sister who collected antiques.
 
What happened to the Surgeon General? I remember adds for Kool cigarettes that recommended Kools if you had a cold and there were supposed doctors in the add. The ad line used to go, "Got a cold? Smoke Kools."
 
I remember when my kids were young you could buy robitisen cough syrup with codeine over the counter. Now a days your not allowed to give babies water. Times have changed.
