Adding concentrate

When is it too late to add concentrate? I have cranapple grape wine in the carboy, clearing after adding Super Kleer. I doesn't seem to have much body. I am thinking of adding some "plum smart" after reducing it by 1/3! I haven't back sweetened it yet!

You can add it at any time but it will sweeten it a little. I used the Plum smart before and if you do chose to add it you may want to do what I do and reduce it on stove top @ medium heat with no lid on so that you dont dilute your wine too much I usually take 2 and reduce them till the whole pot is 1/3 its original size. It will act as a concentrate.
