I'm making a Cranberry Wine using Vintner's Harvest Cranberry fruit wine base (OR). OG was 1.098 and stopped at 1.010 over a 5-6 month period of time.
When I tasted the wine last, it didn't have much cranberry flavor to it. My question is wondering if I should used a Cranberry extract (4oz) from the homebrew shop to improve the flavor? Or is there something better from others experiences (like cranberry juice concentrate from the grocery store).
Any advice would be helpful. I'd hate to mess up all the time I've put into this wine. I normally just brew beer and it never takes this long.
