I bought a 1 liter bottle of Adriatic Raspberry Syrup thinking that I would make a wine out of it. Now I'm sitting here wondering how much water to add to make a decent wine. Anyone else done this - or maybe have some advise?

Lol, I'm thinking. Take a hydrometer reading, you can add enough water to bring your sg down to 1.080 - 1.090. Also, check your acid level and try to keep it around .65%

i have used it in cooking...never tried to drink it...its pretty strong.
i would add sugar and water to get it to where it taste good.
then add sugar to get to at least 1.095 and kinda go from there.

Use it to bump up a cheap kit. Use it instead of sugar to get the sg up and reserve some for an f-pack (if you like sweet or off dry). I did that with 750 ml of Sonoma achai black currant syrup and 8 oz dried cherries in a Paklab Sangiovese. It turned out nice. I didn't back sweeten though.
