WineXpert AHHH! My wine whip attachment came loose!

My whip came out of my drill and into my carboy. What do I do?! Should I rack it into my primary bucket, take it out and then rack it again!?

If you want to use it before the wine is finished then yes rack it off, retrieve your whip and rack it back in.

It could be alright if you're 100% sure there is no bacteria on it.

Sorry I first read "my wifes wipe attachment came loose" and wondered if I was at the right place.

This happened to me once as well. I left it in the carboy and continued to use the wine whip with two of the three "blades" on the other wines I was making. Soon the wine needed to be racked, so I was able to retrieve the lost blade. It was easy to reattach with an allen wrench. So, as long as you sanitized the wine whip (which I assume you did), there is no harm in leaving it in.
