Another what's wrong with this picture...

Hi Everyone,

After a slow start things are looking ok except...

Walked out to the vines after a couple days away and one of my 3 year old merlot vines has this going on... pointy curling leaves.

Take a look with a magnifying glass it looks like maybe mites or thrips.

By any chance was there a nearby use of a weed herbicide product containing dicamba/2,4-D? Speaking from experience, to me the pointed leaves and cupping may suggest damage from some drift.

Hard to tell from a picture, but it looks like herbicide damage. If you haven't used any, maybe drift from a nearby farm or neighbor.
