Are these still good after a year?

I have some additives from last year's harvest. I was hoping for some follow up to see if I need to repurchase or am fine for another year. Everything is sealed in a ziplock bags in a dry location.

Would I get more shelf life out of these if I kept them frozen?

I’ve kept those things for a year with no issues, yours should be fine unless it’s a hot, dry location

Everything was kept at room temperature. I will plan on using them again this year.

Keep all you chemicals in a cool dark area sealed tightly and you should be ok. However there are some chemicals like Meta and also yeast you want to watch the use by dates on.
