Looking for the next mid level kit to get into primary and wondering if anyone has made this. Love Southern Rhone blends and would like to know if this represents.

I made this kit last year and just had the last bottle a couple weeks ago. I don't have the conditions for long term aging (1 level on a slab) so most of my kits don't make it to more than a year. The last bottle was very good, not store bought good but very good for make your owe. I would do this one again without hesitation.

I picked up one of these from Northern and it has tons of oak in it. I bottled and it tasted very nice at bottling. Its only 4 months old so I haven't cracked a bottle yet. There were 5-6 packs of oak as I recall.
