Today I unveiled Bacchus in my Peony and Daylily garden. Once I removed his winter covering he smiled and said "Oh yeah its going to be a good year" as the sun was warming his body!

Nice but looks like he needs a few grape vines to "attend" to!

Just something to keep him occupado. :D
 
Actually the raised bed in back is thornless blackberries and there is also two dwarf apple trees that I was setting poles for today. I still need to add the wire between them and then I am going to make espaliered apple trees. I think I have room between the two to add one more.
 
Neither of those will give old man Bacchus any lead in his pencil. He must have some of these.......
