Hi, I am planning on fermenting red wine 5 gallon kit from Williams Brewing in a 6.5 glass gallon big mouth bubbler evo 2 then rack to the 5 gallon glass big mouth Evo 2 for aging about 4 months. I was wondering can I use the all in one pump system to rack between the bubblers and use the the AIO headspace eliminator. I really want to use the AIO head space eliminator on the 5 gallon glass big mouth and age the wine . Any info or advice will be great. I still need to purchase the Aio. I aslo bought for the bubbler lid clamp.. Thank you!!
