Have you already pitched the yeast? If just started, maybe you could cool things off to slow the fermentation's start long enough to overnight some energizer.

Does your recipe also call for yeast nutrients?

Some of the experienced fruit wine makers can tell you if you maybe can skip "just" the energizer. I can't say.

I just got it mixed up no it does not call for any yeast nutrients just energizer and no I have not pitched the yeast either

Good. Keep it cool until you hear from the fruit wine makers. They will be able to help you.

I didn't put any evergizer in mine...just got a good BIG srtater going first

I have been doing a little research on nutrients and energizer lately. I believe energizer contains additional items plus nutrients than just nutrients. Trying to figure out if you can use one or need both.

I believe I added energizer when gravity slowed around 1.000 This gave it an extra boost to finish. Soon as I figure it out I'll post it.
