The Almond/Amaretto is almost 12 months old and we bottled it today. We were quite pleased at how it came out. While it is good it is not something I would make again. There are too many other wines I would like to make first.
We also bottled the peach that had the bentonite added to it. It still tastes like a glass of peach juice with an alcohol kick. The bonus is it is very clear but looks more like cider in color.
