Trying to make room for the 7 carboys of fresh grapes on the bench top in the winery. This was started back in late April so its been bulk aging for about 7 months. Spent 3 months in the Vadai and added 3 grams of Tancor Grand Cru several months back. I have about 6 bottles from the first one of these I made 2 years ago. Its one of the best rated wines from friends and family so It was time to get another one going for down the road. The left over glass was fantastic. Can't wait for it to get another year in the bottle to see what it becomes.
Used the Hoffart Auto Bottle Filler once again!

New label design for this one. Its called "the perfect blend". Loved the wine chemistry theme!

If Vadai will ever respond to my email I might have that option as well. Maybe they don't need the money...

Vadai is a small family run company and the owner (Sandor) is not very computer savvy. It could take awhile for him to figure out he has an email he needs to respond to. Give them a call directly or perhaps we can help answer it here.

13.5 % ABV. That could be a little low after topping off with wine and 3 months in the Vadai.
