Any issues w this if I leave it like a year. I feel I could also taste some if I wished.
Also if I add some oak. Is it ok to leave the oak in it for a year or so or will I need to transfer to a fresh keg.

A question first..

What type of oak do you plan to use??

You really do not want to leave wine on, say, oak chips or cubes for a year. 4 to 8 weeks max otherwise you could pick up some bitter, nasty flavor components.

Other than the oak no probs leaving in a corny keg. I have 4 of them !!
