I have a kit I'd like to hold off making for a few months, will the sealed juice itself store OK in a freezer? The kit is a Wine Lover's medium bodied Zinfandel Blush.
I know it does work fine for the red & white grape concentrates I've bought in one liter bags for augmenting kits.

I’ve never done that with a “regular” wine kit, i.e. shelf stable, but see no reason why not. Some of the sugar may crystallize but once thawed and reconstituted should go back into solution just fine.

@Kantuckid , check the expiration date on the kit, most are shelf stable for a year or so, and should hold out a few more months easily. Stick it in the fridge if you’re worried about it. If you intend to keep it beyond the expiration date, it should freeze/thaw just fine.

It's dated to expire May 2023 so I'll leave it in the box sealed until this winter. My basement cellar is cool and that should help.
I'd missed the date mark on the bottom of the box. Thanks!
