Anyone have one of these? Thoughts on it? I am considering it for my wine cellar to be constructed - small glass enclosure. I got a couple different estimates that I need this level of BTUH. If you have one of these, do you use the bottle probe? What's been your experience on compressor on/off cycle and the ability to maintain tight temperature control?
