I was planning on making a riesling from Alexanders concentrate and Julie suggested I use lalvin d71 1122 yeast instead of EC 1118.
I have not started that wine because I can't get teh Alexanders juice.
I have received a Spagnols Grand Cru Riesling kit and it has 1118 yeast in it. I am thinking about changing that to the d71 1122 yeast.
d71 1122 seems likt a much better yeast than 1118 for a white wine.
What are your thoughts on this.
Thanks
Buster
