Thanks everyone. I havent started making anything yet. My wife got me some books under the christmas tree on wine making and I'm just itching to take a peek at them so I can get started. LoL! I guess this is my first lesson, having patience. I would like to make a batch of merlot and sangria since that seems to be the type my wife and I enjoy the most. I have started reading thru the forum here and am quite awed at what information is avalible. It looks like the first thing I will need is to get a wine making kit to get started and go from there.
