How is everyone doing ? My name is Ian and I’m very excited to be apart of this forum as I begin my first homemade wine journey. I’m golf professional, aspiring sommelier, and want to be master chef . I fell in love with wine roughly 4 years ago and have been obsessed since that moment, it has changed my life and has shaped how I look at everything.

I really look forward to this process and would love to talk to anyone that loves this fermented grape juice.
