After your first rack do most ppl add yeast nutrient to complete the fermenting process - curious. I just did my first rack and I wasn't going to add any nutrient as I added at the start, but have been reading mixed messages. To nutrient or not to nutrient... I don't want my yeast to get 'stressed-out' and give off a taste.

I usually add all my energizer up front and half the nutrient and the other 1/2 nutrient at an SG of 1.035 and give it a good stir to get those yeast cells off the floor.
