I am wondering when it comes time to rack to secondary , I have to take the grape skins out , which is no problem . Is there anything that can be done with the skins like freeze them for a S.Pee or something else . Also , the bag , can it be rinsed out and steralized and used again or is it a toss it out deal .

Being rather new at this, I can't comment on re-using the grape pack contents. All I know is that when I took mine out, it looked pretty well spent. I opened it up out of curiosity to look at the contents, and then just threw out the entire mess.

I agree with Keith. I just pitch the skins and the bag. They have done their duty!
