I have a bunch of carboys bulk aging, and like to rack a few at a time. It save setup/cleanup time. I use the AIO (big fan).
Right now, I rinse and sanitize the tubing between wines (all reds). Is there any downside to skipping the rinse, and just go from carboy to carboy (obviously I clean and sanitize the receiving carboy)?
