Coffee Wine

I made some coffee wine ~2 yrs ago and have two full one gallon jugs. I have not sweetened it but do not like the taste as it is now. Any ideas on what could be done with it such as mixing with something else? I am open to any ideas; hate to dump it.

Cody, I also made a bunch of Coffee Wine 2 yrs. ago & have been drinking it all along. I would start by sweetening a sample & go on from there. It was rough until sweetened, sweeten to a few different levels until you find the level you like. Roy
