For those of you interested in Cold Climate grapes, a final Summary Report has been published in the Appellation Cornell News. This summarizes seven years of data collected on the Cold Climate Variety Trial I took part in for a number of years. I worked as a Cornell employee during the time I managed the vineyard day to day activities and data collection. The data and summary is quite interesting although I think a couple of minor things didn't show the true results for a couple varieties. We did not have a database for recording the information so I created an Excel Workbook for recording everything. This made it a bit more difficult for data evaluation as all the page tabs had to be exported one at a time and tied together later.
Anyway here is a link to it for those interested in this type thing.
