is in.... At least the CA juice. I picked up my 2 buckets yesterday. I'm doing a Sangiovase and a Malvasia Bianca.

I ordered a bucket of sangiovese from consumers as well,.picking mine up the 20th. What yeast strain are you using and are you putting through mlf?

I used rc212, I'm not going to do MLF. Why wait til the 20th. The juice is in and ready for pickup. I believe it all came in early this week. You no longer go to the main warehouse. Consumers now has a dedicated are for wine supplies at the front right side of the building as soon as you enter the parking lot.

Thanks for the response, I have never used them.or been to their building before but have heard good things. Plus, the 15 minute drive down is hard to beat. Yeah, I would have liked to pick up sooner but my schedule didn't allow for me to get there any sooner. I am assuming the juice is kept in a cooler until pick up? Thanks!

I've heard that the son bought the company from the father, and is making an effort to significantly upgrade their winemaking stocks and cred. A good thing for the tri-state area, for sure.
