This is my first attempt at a Gewurz and it is drier than I like. I haven't cleared it yet. What is the best way to back sweeten?

The last time that I made this kit (oh say 6 or 7 years ago), I believe that it included a sweetening pack. Are you saying that it no longer contains one, or that you added it and it's still not sweet enough?

The MM & RJ Spagnols Gewürztraminer do not include a sweetening pack. Are you thinking about the Orchard Breezin or Summer Breeze blends?

Nope. The notes provided to retailers by RJ Spagnols says that the Cru Select has a sweetening pouch. but like I said, 2006 or 2007 since I made that kit.

I just checked their web-site, and that says elderflowers and Suss-Reserve pack, which is the good kind of sweetening pack (grape juice instead of liquid invert sugar).
