This year think I'm going to mix in traditional Italian with some classic rock.

I tend to use that a lot when cooking Italian too.

When I was helping the winemaker (who's French) at the winery I worked at, he always put French techno or Tool on. Quite an eclectic mix, lol.

I would think with techno, everyone would be too busy dancing to do any work.

For my Welschriesling, if I want to really crank hard on the press some industrial metal rock like Rammstein is to consider.
