Crusher / Destemmer

We picked up a used manual crusher / destemmer this past week, it is a Pillan N-1 model and tried contacting the MFG and no response so posting here to see if anybody has this model.
We are looking for any type of care / maintenance manuals on it.
We took it completely apart to clean it and noticed that there are "service" ports on roller shafts I guess for lubrication? What kind / type of oil / grease?
There were 2 bearings on each end of the auger are these sealed bearings or do they need lubrication?

Any info would be great.

Ditto for me. They all seem pretty standard in the home winemaker range. I don't want any petroleum near my grapes. I use Crisco on my irrigation pump, would be a thicker alternative than the spray lube.

I have a crusher like that, but no destemmer. I grow muscadines, so no stems to worry about. I bought it used, no instructions. Where do you get the food grade silicone spray?
