dammit!!!!

I received my order from Midwest Supplies in record time, literally 3 days with regular shipping, I was surprised as all hell, but I was in the middle of racking filtering, then cleaning all of the equipment and carboys that I didn't have time to open the box until a few mins ago....wouldn't you know that they forgot 4 items!
4 of the same item, what the hell!
I even called them to order this because I didn't see the Chromatography Solvent sold by itself, I should have just ordered it all from Presque Isle Wines, now I'm going to have to call these guys and have them send me the items overnight just because I'm annoyed....the packing slip has all the items listed, I hope that they don't get stoopid on me and claim that everything was in the box, I'll have to go medieval on them...

That's frustrating. If they are a decent vendor, they'll overnight it to you at their expense.

Happens to me on occasion from Midwest. Never had a problem with them shipping out the missing items right away.

I agree, it's just a pain in the arse.
