Two is better than one!

Vadai #2 showed up today. Have a few kits lined up with a couple more in the planning stages. Already thinking about getting things ready for a big CRUSH this Fall! Nothing prettier than a brand spanking new barrel!

The thing that is killing me is you can get a 40L barrel for only $20 more.......

God I need to step up my fresh grape game this Fall!

I know what you mean Mike but I just dont need or want that much of one wine! I just bottled 10 gallons Of a Cab Merlot blend, the only reason I have that much is because this was overage from a friend who bought too much 2 years back.

Did you get the new bottler?

I am thinking to go big with Cab Sauv and then smaller lots that would fill the other 23L Vadai's. Problem is I bet I could only keep that 1st wine in for at most 3-4 months, then what......

Perhaps a double kit of sorts. Once it gets broken in its not so bad but you really have to have 3-4 things lined up to rotate in quickly for the first 6 months or so.

Not yet Rob, unlike me their shipping isnt very good and even though I ordered Sat morning they still havent even shipped it yet! :m I hope I get it by the weekend but knowing they havent shipped it yet makes me doubt it!

I can't believe they didn't ship it yet. I ordered something from st pats and they emailed me the tracking number a few hours later. Arriving tomorrow.
You would think with all the competition out there customer service would be top priority.
