I was trying to make Reisling in some no name town that wouldn't be near the border.


My thought was..............


I like Reilsling.


The later you pick a Reisling Grape, the sweeter it will be.


If picked after the 3rd (I beleive it was) Frost, you can make ice wine.


Since I was inland, in the northm the third frost would come around November 15, so that when I would pick.


Oh yea.... Aging...... 1 month, 1 year or 5 years............ I know that 1 month isn't going to do it, I also know that 5 years would be better, but I wanted to be honest, I'm not going to make it 5 years, so 1 year it was...............

On wine making I scored a 35 using the WAG method (Wild Ass Guess).


I'm OK with the wine score but this helicopter thing is driving me crazy. I do know that the first obsticle is 37 feet away, the distance of my first 4 flights.
