Hello everyone
Very new here so please excuse me for any mistakes I make.
I have 1 gallon of red grapes (not sure what kind, haha.) in a fermentation bucket to which I have added 5 grams of yeast.
So my question is, since I have a small amount of wine and have added a large amount of yeast - will the 'primary fermentation' process be faster than most recomended times e.g 10 days.
Or does the amount of yeast added not make a difference?
Thanks in advance.
