I will stir again once I get home. I didn't have a ton of time this morning. Maybe I will break out the wine whip hah then top it up.

Racked it off the lees. After tasting it, I added the rest of the f-pack to it. I like semi-sweet Riesling with my Cajun food and it was tasted a bit too dry which would have made a bad pairing. After adding the rest of the f-pack, it seemed slightly better. Once the sugars meld, I think it will be close to what I want if I learned anything from back sweetening the DB and how I had to wait for it to come forward.
Cajun food was the entire reason I choose to make this Riesling.
