Cold crashed for 24 hours with a large bucket an ice.
Racked with the AI1, sterilized using the AI1, and then bottled with AI1.
Had a little left over. It was smooth & sweet, but at 5.5% had a nice kick.
Considering this was a sweet cream ale, and only 1 hop (flavor, bittering ), I was surprised how unhoppy it was.
Then again it is about 20 IBU and not and ipa.
However I made this for the everyday BMC drinkers that stop by and not everything can be a ipa.
I took took the bottled beer and placed in an igloo cooler (seen in above post)with an aquarium heat patch, and wrapped in blankets.
This will bottle condition at 66F.
Next on deck is an West coast ipa (6.6%, 60 IBU)
