Well Southernchemist, I am absolutely terrible at reviewing wine. For the life of me I can't come up with all these things that I read on Wine reviews. About the best I can tell you is that it tasted pretty decent for a white wine. I know that's a lousy review but I really don't like white wine very much. And for me to feel it's pretty okay is actually a big deal. So far I have made a Pinot Grigio, this Chardonnay, white chocolate port, and I have a pacific quartette, and I must got to make. I'm trying to see if I can get used to white wines and if not I'll give them away.
I love the Reds, but I'm not much better at reviewing them.
