I’m in el dorado hills in Serrano. I have ninety barbera vines on a hillside facing south that I planted 3 yrs ago. Lots of sun but nice breeze at night. My ferm temperature right now is 82.
should I do anything with my acidity (I’m in day 2 of ferm) or just wait it out and hope it drops?
