Don'r dump them...they will be fine.
Ours are bit redish too and the wine is fine....In some light and in photos the red really shows up....We pick them thinking "this bush is black"...then...Like you said in the sun and when cleaning them...they have one side of each berry that might be dark red.
Make a batch...it will be fine.
