It’s been a few years since I’ve made any wine, and all the supply stores anywhere near me have closed up. I’m going to start a batch of skeeter pee.
Where’s a good place to buy supplies or kits.
Thanks
Doug

If I got it right, these are the same company. Northern has higher prices but lower free shipping requirements and Midwest has lower prices but higher free shipping requirements.

I believe originally they were separate but became "sister companies" - that was all before I started shopping there so I am not sure on the details.

And they used to have brick and mortar locations, but those went away a year or so ago. ☹️

I didn’t know that they closed their brick and mortar locations. I live too far from the stores but I’m impressed by their shipping services. They are quick and packed the orders well.

I’ll check them both. I need basics, like pot. Met., sorbate, and some cleaners. I have all the equipment I need…at least for now. I am starting a skeeter pee Bach in a few says.
Thanks again.

Welcome back, where are you located?

I occasionally shop Great Fermentations in Indianapolis which will do mail orders. I am also amazed what shows up on Walmart.com (ex pH probe replacement) and Amazon (ex my new SS corking tool). ,,, As others I have used More Wine, PI wine and Lodi etc. Depends on what the item is that I am looking for.

I’m located in Sussex County Delaware.
We had a home brew store a few years ago, but he closed shop. There were two other stores I visited as well, but both are gone now. So I guess it’s online shopping now. I did see Walmart come up in a search I did, I’ll have to consider them as well.
