Today I started a Ginger Wine, 2 gallons. Simple, low cost ingredients, my favorite kind.
I am attempting to follow the recipe and directions, but I rarely succeed. I am making notes though, and that should please poor Bert. (I shipped him off to his sister's place yesterday and he won't be back until tomorrow. I love starting wines without him around. He always wants me to do things the right way and explain why I'm doing things the way I am. "Because I want" to is usually the answer!)
