We use the aging time to drop more sediment. If you age, rack, then filter...

Hey Mike; I ran into the same thing. If you look at Step 2 in the MM directions/booklet, you will see it say: please follow the next 4 steps (if applicable), I was also like wtf i do now hehe.. i did have some fermax yeast nutrients so i threw in 3 tables spoon of that. soon as i threw that stuff in the wine bubble and fizzled real fast but didnt rise.
