Green Apple Gewürztraminer

WOW just bottled this RJS product from George and it already has the WE Green Apple beat hands down. Very good product. Originally bought it as a base for the Jalapeño but decide to make it as is.

I have to agree with running wolf. I recently bottled this and the taste was very good at the time of bottling. Can't wait to try it in a couple of months.

Yep!! Working on firewood.! I've been lurking the background on the forum! I have some interesting wines going and will wait for the taste results before posting anything about them. It seems to take longer to get the firewood ready. I have found it doesn't take a day to do a day's work anymore!!!!!!!
