Hi There....

Been making kit wines for quite a while now and decided after lurking for a while to join in and share info. I have well over 1,000 bottles in my cellar and always have 4-6 kits going at the same time; sometimes more. And no, I'm not addicted; I keep telling myself. I give away more than I drink but it's all in fun and pleasure that I do this. Giving a bottle of home-made wine always sparks signs of pleasure in the people I treat. What a wonderful hobby.

Anyway, I look forward to making many new friends, sharing stories and info.

Well gentlemen, thank you for the hearty welcome! I do certainly appreciate it very much.

At this point we have the following aging:
24 gallons of CRP from last year; 12 gallons of Amarone; 24 gallons of lambrusco; a few 6 gallon carboys of LE kits and 12 gallons each Petit Verdot and Nero both the new WE kits. I just bought a few more of each of those at a huge discount that I couldn't resist so I'll get them going next year (about 2 weeks)
