Hello everyone. Thanks for all of the great info! Got the bug at a visit to a winery outside of the Wisconsin Dells last weekend. Just racked my first batch to a carboy and time to wait some more. It's a Vitner's Reserve Valpolicella and so far so good! I actually have wine. Very cool. Here's a pic of the first of many carboys.
