Welcome to the forum. I know several folks in KY, few family and mostly friends. Alot of good wine comes out of KY, and I happen to have a quart jar of another spirit that came outta KY thats pretty good too. Haha Hope to see you make many batches we can read about here, just be sure and keep us informed.

I'm making the Vintners Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon. Seemed like an easier kit for my first run and I really enjoy bold cabernets. When I racked it today to my carboy it was actually smelling like wine...yippie!

I just started my first batch of blackberry wine this afternoon, everyone here has made it an easy and enjoyable learning process to-date.
